Jon, I loved this and the read for the YT video was smooth and enjoyable. I kind of wrote about a similar idea yesterday regarding Seneca's XXVIII letter to Lucillius, on vacations and finding quiet within. I was hoping to reach out via email to see if we could collaborate on Substack. On my Stack we do Star Wars + Stoicism. So lessons from throughout that story that relate to Stoic ideas.
