Yes you can! Conscious creation and (fabrication) of your reality is a thing - IF (the necessary/ prerequisite) 'qualifying' vibration that you are emitting has been met, sure. That you voice your comment in this in this way, likely indicates that your vibration has moved some distance in this direction. :) One step on the journey, and tis rather far along the path, is the (realization) that... well, that there is only ONE, having the human experience through all of the "individuals" and "things" of creation.
