I've been practicing mindfulness for more than a year now, and I've been using the Waking Up app for the last 3 months, and I find it very insightful and enlightening. At night, I usually read 2 books. 1 is a Stoicism book (usually just a page or 2 to meditate on, currently reading Meditations), and the other are other books I'm exploring, fiction and non-fiction (usually philosophy, psychology, memoirs, and stuff).
Listening to my inner guidance. Trusting Life/God (same difference to me) Reading and contemplating many authors who seem to channel 'how It All works.'
Daily medication and reading from the Stoic Handbook. (It’s an honest and sincere plug!)
Thank John. Really appreciate that feedback! 💛
Typo: I meant to say meditation not medication. 😜 Thank you!
I read “meditation” haha 😆
10-minute meditation in the morning, 1-2 hours of reading before sleep at night.
Nice! What kind of meditation do you do in the morning, and what do you typically read at night?

Love it. Listening to your inner guidance is a lost art, and apparently the philosopher Socrates was a master at doing this.
