I've never understood self-evaluation to this degree, probably due to the discomfort of seeing who I really am. I've always been a silent observer. Now that I'm questioning myself, I’m not thrilled with some of the answers as they are due to a lack of courage. That all changes now. Thank you.

I think any of us would feel that way. I know I did/do. At least now, we're aware and can work on improving.
